8. Paul Weller, Martha Wainwright, and White Lies (2008)

Joining Jools Holland for music and chat are the Modfather himself, Paul Weller, who plays tunes from his double album 22 Dreams; Martha Wainwright, who last appeared on the show accompanying Snow Patrol and is back with tracks from her second album I Know You're Married But I've Got Feelings Too; and White Lies, who continue the trend of being influenced by the likes of Joy Division and Echo and the Bunnymen.
