Season 4 (2021)

The season follows Alex, the new 18-year-old outsider in the quiet village of Posthoorn. Her life is turned upside down when Sephine Voorthuizen, the popular "Queen Bee," jumps to her death from a tower after a school party. While the community quickly dismisses the event as a tragic case of slut-shaming gone wrong, Alex is frustrated by the hypocrisy and suspects there is a darker truth behind Sephine's suicide. She launches a private investigation to find the true culprit responsible for Sephine's death.

1. Sephine

After a school party, Sephine Voorthuizen jumps from a tower, shocking the small community. Newcomer Alex is introduced as a skeptical outsider who immediately questions the community's swift judgment.

2. The Investigation

Alex officially begins her private investigation, refusing to accept the conclusion of suicide. She starts gathering information and questioning the friends and witnesses who were with Sephine on the night of the party.

3. Sleazy

Alex begins to focus on a particular individual with a dubious reputation who may have been heavily involved in the harassment against Sephine. She seeks to expose this person's "sleazy" actions.

4. Disturbed

Alex makes the shocking discovery that Sephine was not alone on the tower that night. She focuses her suspicion on the 'hands-on' teacher, Mr. Duindoorn, but her all-consuming investigation causes her to lose control of her own life, straining her new relationship with Sherry and her family.

5. Madcap Party

With final exams approaching, the students hold a large, celebratory farewell party. While everyone seems keen to forget Sephine’s death, Alex desperately pushes her investigation. In a moment of vulnerability, she shares her shocking theory with an untrustworthy stranger.

6. Unwanted

Alex uncovers evidence that exposes an "undesired" truth about a respected figure or institution in the town. As the community closes ranks, Alex herself is increasingly seen as the unwanted outsider.

7. Out of Play

Alex’s relentless actions lead to her being marginalized or suspended by the school. A major suspect is seemingly taken out of play, but Alex realizes they are not the main culprit.

8. FuckSeph-Full

Alex finally tracks down and discovers the full, uncensored digital content that was used to relentlessly shame Sephine, providing the critical final evidence of what truly led to her death.

9. Online

The explosive final evidence uncovered in the previous episode is leaked or published online. This sends the Posthoorn community into a final wave of panic and social collapse, setting the stage for a dramatic showdown.

10. Graduated

Although the apparent death of Sephine seems to be resolved, Alex remains unconvinced. At the emotional graduation ceremony, Alex seizes her last chance to confront and expose the true person responsible for Sephine's death, succeeding in bringing the truth to light before she leaves Posthoorn.
