Special performances are given by Casey and his brother, Ron Austar as "Pierre" singing "Do da do do", David Liebe Hart with his collection of puppets, James Quall with his impersonations, Michael Q. Schmidt doing his "Raise My Roof" dance, Palmer Scott singing "Sit on You", Richard Dunn with a special prayer, and Doug Lussenhop as DJ Douggpound.

Tim and Eric are given a billion dollars to make a movie by the Schlaaang corporation, but waste it. Their lives at stake, the guys skip town in search of a way to pay the money back. They try to rehabilitate a bankrupt mall full of vagrants, bizarre stores and a man-eating wolf that stalks the food court in order to get enough money to pay back what they owe.
