198. Clogs (1998)

A Voice Trumpet rises, and Tinky Winky plays a there-and-back game on the path. Some children watch clogs being made. Laa-Laa goes for a walk, but outside it is raining. She goes inside and chases the Noo Noo then catches the other Teletubbies to watch The Tap Dancing Teddy Bear inside the carousel.
