231. Colours – Black (1998)

A black and white cloud appears in Teletubbyland. The Teletubbies watch some children find out about things that are colored black. Dipsy leaves his hat behind, but when he finds it, the Noo-Noo has tidied up. Later, the Noo-Noo blows it out before the Magic Windmill stops spinning.
