Long Beach, New York is a barrier island just south of Queens, known for quick access to New York City and a storied surfing culture. Which is exactly what’s inspired Long Beach native and avid surfer Cliff and his girlfriend Jenny to buy back home. The couple is looking for a home that offers space to host friends, a yard for their dog Noodles, and ample storage for Cliff’s surfboards.
