The crew returns to the hospital in search of survivors. With time ticking, Linda makes a drastic decision to uncover the source of the epidemic, resulting in a shocking discovery.

As Dave's hallucinations get worse, he makes a risky decision to try and get some answers.

5. The Nightmare

Dave must convince Matteo, Linda, and Katie to make a dangerous flight to a mysterious island.

6. The Dream Warrior

After a treacherous crash landing, the crew struggles to stay awake as they face extreme hallucinations.
