294. Turn Your iPad into a Laptop with Brydge (2013)

Brydge has done what many of us have wanted or at least thought of: Converting the iPad into a laptop. They've added a matching aluminum keyboard (with optional stereo speakers) to match your iPad. It will only work on 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation iPads though.
