16. Green with Envy / Two Can Play (1999)

Green With Envy? Angela forgets it’s St. Patrick’s Day and arrives at school wearing an orange windbreaker, making her a target for pinching. After trying to avoid recess, she realizes the jacket is reversible and turns it green, only to be pinched by Nanette, who then gets double pinched for breaking tradition. Two Can Play Nanette is cast as the lead in the school musical, with Angela reluctantly assigned as her understudy. When Nanette falls ill and misses opening night, Angela takes the stage, but Nanette arrives late and shoves her aside, prompting Angela to teach her a lesson by dropping the curtain before Nanette can take her bows.
