3. James Malinchak: Gary, IN (2011)

Motivational speaking mogul and author James Malinchak leaves his jet-setting life behind to live in Gary, Indiana, a city hit hard by the economic downturn. He will spend a week living on welfare level wages in a rundown neighborhood. While there, he will spend time volunteering where his help is needed most, searching for deserving people and organizations that are making a real difference, and will surprise these heroes with donations of thousands of dollars from his own fortune.
