4. Elmore Court Revisited (2011)

Ruth revisits Anselm who inherited Elmore Court, a £25million estate in Gloucestershire. The property was close to falling into a state of disrepair, but Anselm had no money and needed a way of making some quickly. Ruth finds out how things are going now.
