A man with diabetes visits the surgery after losing five stone in an attempt to avoid having to go on insulin, and doctors help a woman struggling to give up smoking. Other patients include a man suffering from stress after his wife has been taken seriously ill, and a returning patient who is in the midst of an ongoing battle with depression and alcoholism
